I feel that I have been successful in achieve the professional dispositions. I think I am most confident in Collegiality and Responsiveness. Flexibility is a large part of my own teaching philosophy and I think it is very importnat to consider in all aspects of the job. I feel that I am very open to others ideas and feedback and try to implement what I see fit. 

I did not click one of the options under Initiative and Dependability. This point includes advocates for self which I do struggle with. I do think I take responsibility for my actions and am responsive but sometimes it is challenging to speak up for my self. 

The disposition I'd like to work on the most is Cultural Responsiveness. Though I feel I have achieve these I think it is the area I still have the most to learn in. A lot is based on my own experiences and I have had opportunities to grow in college and I how to be able to continue that growth in whatever comes next.
